Olympics Beijing 2008

Who doesn't watch the Olympics?
This is my first Olympics I watched and understood what was going on,
and I absolutely love it! Now let's review some of the Highlights of the Olympics.

1. Michael Phelps- !, Michael Phelps broke Mark Spitz' Record of having 7 Gold Medals at a single Olympics to having 8 gold medals. AND that's not all! For 7 events he won Gold, he broke the world record.

Nastia Liukin- wins Gold for U.S, all-around in gymnastics (UN-Even
Bars, Balance Beam,Vault and floor) Also wins other individual
events in gymnastics in the Olympics.

Shawn Johnson- wins Silver for U.S, all-around in gymnastics (UN-
Even Bars,Balance Beam,Vault and floor.)Shawn&Nastia wins 1-2 for
U.S.Also wins other medals in individual events, in gymnastics, in the Olympics.


U.S.A wins Gold for Mens Basketball against Spain.

You may have notice I only posted Athletes from the U.S.A team.
,and I'm from Canada... Well Canada didn't do THAT well in the 2008Beijing
Olympics,they just did 'fine'.But I'll be moving to The U.S soon, so I'm proud 'soon to be a' American.
